  • rolled oats, flame raisins, coconut palm sugar, slivered blanched almonds, raw cacao nibs
  • coffee with a splash of vanilla soy milk
  • 1 large apple
  • mixed greens salad with vegan Parmesan cheeze and walnuts/pecans and some kind of vinaigrette
  • hot pot
  • Lady Grey tea with splash of vanilla soy milk and 4 ginger biscuits
